Contacting IT Support

The IT department is here to help you with any questions or problems you have about your computer or any other technology products. To contact the IT department, follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to ITSupport@baneequipment.com with the following information:
    1. The subject of the email should be a short description of what hardware, software, etc you are having a problem with, or have a question about.
    2. In the body, document in detail your problem or question you would like to be answered.
    3. Also, give a time frame for resolution of problems you may be having, but please keep it reasonable if it's not critical to your everyday job.
  2. Wait for IT Support to contact you back, either by email or phone depending on situation.

Initiating a remote assistance session with IT Support

The IT department has created a simple remote assistance program for employees to use in the event that a problem needs resolving.

 

In order to use the program, a few things need to be done first before you begin a remote assistance session:

  1. First, notify the IT department by following the above procedure for contacting IT Support
  2. Wait for IT Support to notify you that they are ready to begin a remote assistance session
  3. Download and run the remote assistance program by clicking the run button below
